2. Advance Payments & Milestones

3. When Refunds Apply

4. When Refunds Do Not Apply
- Custom development and design work that has already been started or completed is generally non-refundable, as the time and resources have been expended.
- Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
- Delays or changes caused by the client (for example, late feedback, missing materials, or change of requirements) do not qualify for a refund.
- Third-party costs already paid on your behalf (for example, hosting, licenses, ad spend, or domains) are non-refundable.
5. Cancellation
You may request to cancel a project at any time in writing. On cancellation, you will be billed for all work performed and approved up to the cancellation date, and any unpaid amounts for that work become due. Work completed up to that point will be handed over in line with our Terms & Conditions.
6. Retainer (Monthly) Services
Ongoing retainer services — such as digital marketing or support and maintenance — are billed per cycle. To cancel a retainer, written notice is required as set out in your agreement.
